32 Build Pt15: Master Cyl and lines. 59 Flatty Pt9: Boring. 41 pickup: Oil level inve
Hello! Welcome to another forty minutes of fun from Mart's Garage. In this week's video I make some changes to the 32 Sedan brake setup and share some tips and tricks along the way. I show two methods of joining a brake pipe I have not seen before. I then investigate the oil level on the 41 pickup and make some observations about the "safe driving" marks on the dipstick. I show the progress on the 59 flatty and share the last bore getting better and better with each pass. Finally I revisit the sedan brakes and deal with the relationship between the brake pipes and engine mounts.
Thank you all for dropping in, take care of yourselves, leave a comment and a like and please share with friends. Cheers! Mart. https://youtu.be/1r51WFrUgMs |

Excellent video Mart!
I posted a comment on it. This is my latest step bore cylinder mentioned there. For very tight bends I use the hand held tool below. I can get the fittings very close to the end by chamfering short tube nut fittings on one side so they can be slid more around the bend before flaring the tube end. https://www.ebay.com/itm/ABN-Brass-3...72.m2749.l2649 Glenn |

Thanks for the comments fellas. I can see some similarities, there, Glenn. That tool looks a bit less fiddly than mine.

Regarding the Bendix, I've been spending more the last couple of years on my two cars. I don't have that much money but I'm at an age now with few other passions and I think, why not! Glenn |
