1947 convertible
the driver door and quarter window frames. Does anybody know they are stainless steel or Chrome. A magnet sticks to them but a magnet will stick to all early stainless steel. Mine have scratches in them I would like to polish if I can. How can you tell the difference. Thanks

It should be stainless steel. There are lots of videos on u tube about polishing. Check them out.

My 47 convertible vent windows were stainless as well as the side glass frames front and rear.
