Early Ford part numbers
Is there a website or anywhere I can find part numbers and I Ds for old Ford parts . I have accumilated several boxes full with tags and numbers and don't know what year or body style they fit. I do know they are not for 1940 or model A.
Thanks Warren |

Re: Early Ford part numbers
Use the Greenbook as a starter. That covers the major years. Earlier ones are brown, tan, etc covers. The greenbook has been reproed. They come up on eBay frequently.
Or list a few and we will try year help you. |

C&G sells the green book. FPS-3633, 802 pages, $75. 800/266-0470. If you do your own work on Ford vehicles 28-48, it is indispensible.

Re: Early Ford part numbers
Get the parts book. Take it from me ( ex Ford parts guy ) and others here, they're worth their weight in gold! Anyone who's doing a resto, should have a set covering their vehicle.
