Default Master cylinder question

I just purchased a new M C [made in Mexico] for my 40 from Advance Auto . It has a steel filler cap on the reservoir with a removal brass fitting screwed into the cap. The brass fitting has the small hole for relief. There is a baffle or diverter attached to underside of the cap. This is quite different from my old unit made in USA. Before I install it ,is anyone familiar with this setup and is it and decent replacement?

Thanks

Warren

Haven't seen one of those, but it sounds reasonable. I have seen caps with the vent hole in the side of the hex top. I have not had any negative experiences with auto parts made in mexico.
