Default Need pictures of wood used on rear deck of '36 Ford Roadster.

I am restoring an all steel '36 Ford Roadster. I need some
help in finding out what the wood pieces look like for a place of attachment of the top material to the top of the rear deck. I have added a picture of the rear deck.
Thank you for your help in advance.

There is no wood there. The top attaches to a tack strip on the outside of the surround you pictured

The top is nailed to a tack strip on the outside of the rear deck flange. Sorry but I couldn't find a picture of the actual tack strip. It is a steel channel about 3/4" wide and maybe 3/16" thick.

You can see part of it in these pictures if you zoom in.

This is for a 34 but I assume pretty close for a 36.
Not mine as I copied it for somewhere.

I have a 47 convertible which is missing the steel channel and tack strip. Does anyone knows where to get the metal channel.

The metal channel is usually spot welded to the body, don't know of any replacement but the material the goes inside the channel that the staples go into has a modern equivalent that any place that installs convertible tops would either have or be able to get hold of.
