Maybe you could get a grand if all is in fair to good condition. Got any photos?

Pictures are worth a thousand words. If the car is in restorable condition, with no bullet holes, rust out, or damaged beyond repair items, price might surprise you. I am sure that you would get honest opinions on this site, based on a few good quality photos. Just my opinion of course. Skip

Copart has several of them with $19k reserve.
My roadster did have $19k reserve as well, but did not meet it in several auctions and I guess I lucked when seller (antique dealer) was fed with situation and he accepted $15k.
My roadster is close to perfection. Some paint blistering under the windshield, but tires hold the pressure, tool box if full of good stuff.
I am still waiting for new battery to drive it, but was was sold as "runs and drive" and hand crank shows good compression.

Luck is a matter of opinion and what the market is.

For the 1927 roadster question, do some research. Facebook, eBay, Model T Ford Club of America classifieds, here in the classifieds. Without knowing your goal, figure ruffly 3-5000 for complete engine rebuild (more if you do a Scat crank rods etc). If the body is solid with doors, 1200 to 1500 for it. Because you are in Calf., prices might be higher on the body. Then start looking at cost to replace the missing parts; hood, radiator (new one runs 800 to 1000 depending on where you get it from), wheels, axles, rear fenders, windshield etc. You don't say what else is needed so guessing. When you have done that, then go look at prices on the sites I suggested on running driving cars with titles for a comparison.

If you ultimately decide to part it out I'd be interested in the quarter panels and trunk lid.
