Default Steering Arm Differences??

In the Green Bible they list the steering arm/pitman arm as '37-'41 and then a different part number for '42-'48.

As the steering boxes are the same (Columns are different lengths obviously) does anybody know what the differences are with the steering arms?

Thanks.

The difference is the direction of the taper for the tie rod end. In other words, one tapers from the bottom up, the other tapers from the bottom down.
