Default 34 roadster fender depth issue

I have mounting hole placement info for rear quarter for rear fender and the depth of fender bead to wheel well (11.5 inches), but I have also heard the depth of the wheel well on Steve real steel repo quarter is not correct. I need the depth on OEM rear quarter and OEM fender of the fender for a roadster (see attached pix) on each side ...that is place a bumble a level (blue line) in true vertical position on fender outer bead and measure horizontally (red line) to the middle crown of the metal belt on quarter. Each side is needed so if the body left to right is level then the numbers will match. If the car is not level the two measurement will not be the same, but the average of the two measurements provides the correct number...that is this method compensates if the car is not level.
Thank you in advance for your help!!!!!

Ed , May be better to take a plumbob or something similar and mark the front and rear of the bead on the ground . Draw a line between the two marks and use the plumbob to set the center of your bead to that line . Seen this in old pics for straightening beads and it should work for your needs also .
