Ya, if I ever got one it would be rigged up to a couple of speakers in the rear of the car (outside)
Don't need to hear it inside.

Having done two cummins diesels into old ford trucks, I thought I invented this easier conversion.... As we know those cummins nuts love a 5 or 6" exhaust... That's where the speaker is. I record a buddie's cummins onto a CD, but was stumped by the rpm thing... Of course young tech guys got that part tied into the digital tach. Very clever... All in all way cheaper and easier than a real conversion. Just don't gather around to look under the hood.
