Are the window regulators (mechs) for the 34 Ford cabriolet the same as coupe/sedan? Thanks in advance for any replies!

No, they only fit cabriolet.

33-35 Cabriolet regulator. Hard to find in good shape, but can be rebuilt.

Yeah that small gear seemed to get chewed up pretty quickly. I haven't been able to find many exchangeable parts to fix them with; the big gears and the arms can be found elsewhere on other regulators. The small gear assembly is unique to it as I can tell.

Oldbluoval: You are correct the smaller double gear is the only one without a replacement.
