Default Raccoon coat

I was going thru some of my parents stuff and found an old Raccoon coat.
They were antique car enthusiasts and I remember my mom saying that she wanted one to go with the cars, but don’t remember her getting one.
It is way to small for my wife or Me, and the liner needs some work.

I looked on line and only saw new raccoon coats.
I am wondering if people today are interested in things like this, how/where I might advertise it, and what a fair price would be?

try CL- not worth much needing work and size will also make it harder to sell.

fur coats only have a certain shelf life and then, pretty much worthless.

many people object to the killing of animals and therefore prefer fake or synthetic! You may have trouble selling it and you won’t get rich!

Consider eBay or your favorite antique dealer.
My wife found a great old raccoon coat at an antique store a few years ago.
It's her favorite in very cold weather.

I've often heard of raccoon coats but have never seen one, I do remember seeing buffalo coats.

I had an old one around here for years. It was old and ratty-tatty,but a woman friend of ours used to like wearing it in the rumble seat.We were at a cruise night a few years ago,and when somebody commented on the condition of it she told them that she didn't want to kill any coons to get it,so she waited until they died of old age,Told people it was made of OLD coon skins.
