Default 12V conversion bulb help

Hello all,

I'm going to be switching over to 12V soon in my 1948 F1, and was wondering if there was a convenient bulb cross reference list somewhere going from 6 to 12v. I assume tailight bulbs would be 1157 on 12V, but I'm not sure about headlights and dash lights. Thanks for any and all help

I'm not sure who to credit for the attached instructions, but it is well worth reading through. This bulb conversion is included.
