Looking for an ORIGINAL Oval Center Bumper Clamp as noted in the "Restoration Guidelines & Judging Standards" page 15-4, 2016 Revisions: For April through December 1929. This is the one that has a bolt that screws into the back of the clamp rather than a stud and nut.
