Who does painting in New England? Has anyone had a good/great paint job done by a shop in New England? Who do you recommend?

Obviously a great paint job will require deep, deep pockets. What were you expecting to pay?

Check into Time Was Garage, New Hartford CT. They specialize in classic cars and I'm sure they could give you a quote.

Regardless of price, any paint job should be great. The expectations should be none the less. A reputable shop will strive to do their best work.

pick one or the other- everyone has a price point.
some paint jobs are 50k- would anyone with a model A choose that one?

My question should have been. What paint shop is willing to take the time to work on a restoration project. Painting a collection of parts instead of the whole car at once. This takes up shop space as well as time.

Call Mike and ask him. (860) 379-7666 I would guess $80.00-$100.00 an hour.
