Default 35 compression issues

My 35 sedan has started to make a bit of noise. Valves are getting a bit noisy and compression in the middle 2 passenger side cylinders is about 20 psi lower than the rest. The motor still runs fairly smooth with no knock. Is this something i need to address right away or should i just drive it as is till i want to do a full rebuild? As far as i know the motor is all stock. Possible rebuilt in the 70’s.

I would drive it. Might try to retorque the head bolts on the side with the low readings.
