Default 1948 Ford battery tray mounting

Another dumb question but how is the battery tray mounted in a 1948 Ford Tudor sedan? Does anyone have any pictures of it mounted?

Do you have a 6 or 8 cylinder engine? If it's an 8 cylinder the battery tray is located on the passenger side and if it's a 6 it's located on the drivers side.

True statement from waterboy. Here's a rare picture of a 6-cylinder. DD

I have a v8. I tried to figure out the mounting place but can't figure out if it mounts to the firewall, the inner fender skirts and/or the frame. Any detail pictures would be great.

The v8 battery tray mounts on the passenger side next to the firewall. Just the opposite of the picture posted showing the 6 cylinder battery tray position.

It mounts on the frame, next to the firewall and the inner fender panel. Long side goes front to back.. Three bolts if I remember correctly.
