Default Multi disc clutch

Hi y’all
I have a KRW multi disc clutch tool. I also have 2 complete clutches. I have one apart for rebuilding and was going to use the Driving Discs off the other to rebuild it. Problem is the second assembly does not fit over the shaft of the KRW tool. Anyone familiar with why the splined hole is smaller on the one clutch and won’t fit on the clutch tool?

Thanks

Mike

I have that problem in the past. Make sure that you do not have any burs on the splined hole that won't allow it to fit over the shaft. There is a pretty tight fit between the shaft and the spline as it is. Also, if the disc splines are not lined up, it will not fit down on the shaft.
