You mean the UK doesn't require a VAT on elderly cars?

Most all should feel lucky....... Massachusetts is $50 each year. Plates good until ruined. Renewal is December 1 each year - good until November 30 of the following year. Initial plate charge is the same and good until November 30, then renewal time all over again.
