Congratulations on your win! That is the 60C restoration I look at when I think about the pile of parts I have from 6 different bodies so far. I really like the look with the black wheels. Bob

Richard, there were several younger men driving, maybe they were not the one registered, everyone had a great time, Thursday's meal was great, wish the police had not abandoned us on start of tour, beautiful country we live in,

Congratulations to every winner! As Tom mentioned, it is a journey but besides all of the hard work, time, and money invested, there are also a lot of emotions that each and everyone of us have thinking back on all of our efforts and experiences. I remember when I won my Henry in Dearborn in 2003, the "high" of winning was unbelievable. Each and everyone of you should be so proud of your accomplishments. Again, congratulations to you. It makes me think I need to buckle down and work on A3261 in time for French Lick (not saying which year!)

Gary,

Thank you for the kind words. You and everyone one else that have responded to my questions on Ford Barn, helped me locate a difficult part, or assisted me in any manner during my twelve year restoration own a piece of the Henry I brought home.

It is an unbelievable feeling.

Gary. I hope to see you there. You and Hunter Fanney just take the wind away from the sails of anyone that says that a restoration has to take a ton of money and forever to do. It is just hard work. I am happy with what I have accomplished, but it pales in comparison to what you two gentleman have accomplished.

You guys did all the work including the paint and the upholstery. I am VERY impressed! There was another car from near Chicago/Ehrenhoffer that did very well also, some years back. You guys are the ultimate in role models for restorers of all ages. Keep up the good work. I, for one, sure like looking at your cars.

Tom, I am very interested in seeing you and your car again in French Lick, hopefully, we wont get stopped at a stop sign again. I am also very impressed with your persistance and adherance to a goal. You are an exellant example of the saying:

'It's your attitude, not your aptitude that determine your altitude.'

I know where you get the courage to persist and I admire your willingness to stay the course. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you for French Lick.

I brought home your Mark of Excellance Award. Call me, and I will get it to you however you like. Congratulations on your achievement.

Hi Brent,
I must also congratulate you on a beautiful restoration as Tom told me you did the car. Tom and I spent some time taking photos between the rain drops and we got some real nice photos. Congratulations to both of you on a job well done right down to the correct tassel on the rear shade. It is always fun to see a Model A restored correctly. Thanks for sharing the photos so Helen will have some to show in the Model A News in a future article. A beautiful car done extremely well.

My daugher at 16 drove our 400A from MI to Pheasant Run in 1995. As a BOD member it was my attempt to encourage us to let our kids drive our cars. You should have seen the looks when she pulled up under the canopy at the host hotel. Gary

Just a minor correction: Longest distance traveled in the "A" is John Rschnyer (& Debbie) West Yarmouth -( Cape Cod) - Massachusetts Had a great time at the National Meet.
