You mean the 15% doesn't include any fees ?? I can see auction popularity fading if they keep increasing that. I'm to the point of not watching Barret Jackson because the greed bothers me too much.

The model B with the V8 option is very rare! Not many of them around.

Sure looks like a stovebolt air breather on the engine and a strange vin number. If it sells as its going, still good buy even with the extra charges thrown in. Getting a title signed appears to be awfully expensive in this day and time.

With all the fees charged to the buyer I wonder how much they ding the seller? There is a local auction house charges both the buyer and seller and they get 30% total. Another charges just the seller 25%.

I missed the 6% tax when I first read the terms.

I'm glad I'm not alone in this thinking. The BJ Auctions are stupid money. Total waste of time in my opinion.

I quit going to auctions in Iowa when they started charging sales tax, even on antiques gas globes-signs-pumps what have you. I said enough is enough. Throw in bidder's penalty and all that and I'm outta there. I can have more fun hanging out in the garage and putting across town to see other car guys and what they are doing for free

Toss in an out of state trip with all the traveling expenses and the hobby loses it's flavor for me. Real quick.

The auction prices realized are so low they would have been much better off just selling them privately.
