Ask Bert's for the seals.

Did you purchase an upholstery kit for your pickup? An upholstery kit for a pickup or AA truck doesn't consist of much, as you probably know (lost cost). However, a kit should contain the seals that go around the door - it is called windlace. The windlace is held under the top wood piece over each door and under the upholstery board on the latch side. I have a document by Neil Wilson that shows a number of pictures of an original cab with the windlace (the windlace is a little worn but understandable). If you want me to send it to you, send me a PM and I will email it to you as an attachment.

In my experience (from years ago), the vendor sold upholstery kits do not have correct windlacing. The windlacing for the door front and top are too big and there is nothing provided for the door bottom.

In addition to Rusty's information, there is more information (including a gallery of pictures) at - http://aafords.com/cabs/82-a-closed-cab/82-closed-cab-details/#upholstery-windlace.

Model A suppliers sell 2 sizes of hollow, "D" shaped, self adhesive weather stripping. It's almost invisible & sticks very well. It keeps out the cold & stops door rattles. The wide one works well at the bottom of the door & lays in nicely in the trunk/rumble drain trough to help rattles & cold air from getting in from the rear.
