1935 - 1936 Ford Deluxe SS Running Board Strips. Did you realise that they have a slight curve and are not straight? Check out the string line against the SS Strip and you can see the slight gap.

Here is another shot of these Ford Deluxe SS Running Board Strips loose, showing the slight bend as both ends are touching.

Wasn't there a post NOT long back on here about the "curve" (and slight dip to the outer center edge) in the running board as well to aid in drainage??? Your post here would sensibly follow suit based on the curve of the running board. I think it was stated that the curve
