wots a fair price for a good 28 frame?

Hmmm, kinda like asking "How long does it take us to catch a fish?".

To me, condition of the metal can increase the value by as much as $1,000.00 when someone factors in the time necessary to bodywork one. How much straightening and/or repairs needed also plays into the value. Also how complete and what month 1928 are we speaking of? (The earlier the date, the more valuable as a rule.)

To give you a range, anywhere from $250.00 to 2,500.00. Does that help??
