The pic that Lanny posted of a wide 5 wheel, is not a Ford '36-39 artillery type wheel, no 'spokes', it is a slotted wheel.
Marmon-Harrington used the wide 5 bolt pattern on their 1/2 ton 4x's through '48. I know where there is a '48 Ford M-H Deluxe coupe in Montana that has the 10" wide 5 bolt pattern. The car was bought new by the family that still has the car.
I can't say if the wheels on the MH are spoked or slotted, I've only seen the car twice. Somewhere in my albums I have a pic of the car.

FWIW the wide 5 pattern is 10-1/4". I thought it was 10" and had a plate made at work so I could balance them. It's embarrassing having to go back and ask them to redrill it when it was done as a favour in the first place...

These wide 5 wheels measure 10" center to center of any 2 holes
furthest apart from each other, but if you measure that bolt circle
correctly, then that is a 10.25" bolt circle.

For what it’s worth, this is my rear tires seen in the middle photo is the lines where The 2” was added Outside to make a 6” wheel. Adequate for a 700 I think, test mounted on the 4” and it looked like a bicycle tire, so opted for adding space, will do it over for the next car.
