Default Video walkthrough for shoulder seat belt installation in '29 coupe

Wanted to let folks know that I have posted a video that walks you through the complete process of installing 3-point seat belts in my '29 standard coupe. Warning, it is very long, about 30 minutes.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_oUHmlxcFw

I don't have any special expertise in either the Model A or auto safety engineering, so I'm sure I've made mistakes. I tried to work from some basic premises:
  • Any seat belt is better than none
  • Shoulder belts are better than lap belts if key precautions are taken
  • The risk of the body separating from the frame in a survivable crash is negligible
I know there are disagreements on this forum about these premises, but I'm sticking to 'em.

I also decided to take an approach that required only basic investment in money, time, tools, and expertise, even though it meant that I was potentially attaching the belts to weaker points. I thought this could help other newbies take the plunge to get seat belts installed sooner rather than waiting, and potentially save someone from serious injury.

Anyway, I'll leave this post here for future reference, and if anyone wants to put questions or comments here or on YouTube, I will try to respond to them.
