I would like to install shoulder seat belts in my 51 f1.

I have been waiting for the Mid Fifty mount to become available but I am looking for a possible alternative that is available now.

Has anyone used the mounting kit from seat belts plus?

I have not used seat belt plus... but I can recommend JULIANO`S in Ellington CT...good products,nice to deal with. They have a web site....
