Default Re: AC fuel pump leaking from weep hole

Jim, I have thought of doing just that; Snyders sells a nifty block off plate for that purpose. I have a Stromberg 97 sitting on a Burns intake on a Cragar OHV setup. The geometry of the carb inlet to bottom of gas tank on the Model A cowl only give about an inch between the two, so I think I may have a gas starvation on hills or high speed. If I continue to have problems with the pump I may consider it.

I did a long cruise this weekend with no problems; no leaks! So I consider this problem solved for now.
