steering adjustment
Can the 4th adjustment be made with the steering box in the car if the column clamp is loose and maybe lifting the column with the horn rod released? (Two tooth box)

Yes, but you do not have to lift or loosen the column or take apart the horn rod.

Yep. You'll need to bend a screwdriver to get at it. At least I did. Part of owning an old car is having to 'warp' or make tools to work.

You can buy one of these to make the sector axial play adjustment in the car.
