You could make your own with a 1/8” npt nipple and coupling and a zerk. The rubber tip greaser works, too. It is fun turning one wheel to rotate the lube points into view!

If you must get a long one, McMaster Carr has them. This one is pn 1095K14 and has a shank length of 2.18" and costs $3.93. Others of different lengths are available.
