American Stamping frame rails for 1933
Has anyone installed these to repair their original frames? If so, are they made with the holes drilled to rivet the frame together like original? I'm wondering if I could possibly repair mine myself without the use of a jig. Thanks.

They don't come with any rivet holes.

Re: American Stamping frame rails for 1933
My experience with ASC rails has been limited to 1932 rails and not 1933. I imagine the same holds true for both years. As alchemy stated no rivet holes anywhere. The only holes in the 32 rails were for the body & firewall. No holes on the side except for front & rear bumper brackets. The rails themselves are slightly heavier/thicker than original Ford rails. They are slightly out of shape ....close but not dead on. We used a frame jig to assemble them and they went in with a little wrasslin'. Once the crossmembers were in and with a little heat in a couple of places they held their shape(so far, 3k miles) pretty well. IMHO if not for the ASC rails we would still be dealing with angle iron patches and goober welds.
