Default 31 Dash--Chrome or Nickel?

I'm having a mind fart. Was the dash originally chrome or nickel?

June 1930 to Aug. 1930 bright nickel
Sept. 1930 to end Butler Nickel was specified for 50% of production
Jan. 1931 - Feb. 1931 a brass panel was optional - (I did not know that)
May 1931 through end - panel had a distinct line around the ribbed area and wo longer flared at the perimeter where it met the tank.

Recessed areas above the gas gauge and below the speedometer were painted satin black.

Yes, I was referring to the instrument panel. Thanks for the info. Just sent mine off to have it replated.
