Default 1930 Model A speedo to 1932 chassis?

Im running a stock model A speedometer and am hooking it to a 1932 running gear. has anyone done this before? trying to figure if ill need to have a custom cable made up or what? any help? ;o) thanks david

Round speedometer I think will be the same square drive fitting '30-32, early 1930 with oval speedo I believe has a different drive end with a protruding tab...look around on Speedometer section of Bratton's online if you have early. If you have early, some swapping of parts will get you hooked up because the basic gear drive on torque tube is the same and is available in same ratios.
