Here are some that Mac's have for earlier Fords. Get the dimensions from them and if one is the right size maybe you can buy separately. Maybe they will slide inside your trim.

Toby, im not sure their ARE any clips that hold that on,look at the tail end of the strip I see a hole at the body at the very end of the body and is there a hole at the end of the ss strip for a small screw walla. Idont think the strip is wide enough for the type of clip your thinking of,the ones John shows are much too wide. ken ct OMO.
