Default 1940 headlight door screws etc

I'm having trouble getting hold of a couple of longer screws than have been supplied with a new set of 1940 headlight doors. I've tried all but one supplier in town and no-one has anything close enough.

Can anyone tell me if the screws sold seperately by any of the V8 parts suppliers are any longer? I need one to be approx 1/8"-1/4" longer to reach the bucket. I currently have a Model A trim screw holding it in place but it is a Robertson head and looks a bit wrong.

I also need to get 6 screws for my fuel sender - I don't even have one for a sample. Can someone provide the thread info and length or direct me to where I might find that?

Thanks in advance.

Roy is THE MAN when it comes to correct nuts, bolts and screws. Very friendly and reasonable. He sold me the correct headlight door screws recently. Here's his link:

Nathan.....if you don't get an answer on fuel sender screws I'll get you that by the weekend. I'm pulling out the trunk rubber mat to clean it all out and I can take a screw out and measure it.
