For sale is a gas filler neck cut from a '36 Ford car gas tank. The neck is solid and only needs a good bead blast cleaning. I didn't try to unscrew it from the tank for fear of damaging it. I think the application of heat and maybe some careful grinding will enable it to be removed from the tank collar. Price is $20 plus shipping.
