Default F1 Brake servo

Has anyone fitted a brake servo and master cylinder to their f1 but retain the drum brakes, and is it best to fit the servo under the cab floor or remotely somewhere else?

Are you talking about a dual M/C with booster? I haven't done it but several people on FTE (Ford Truck Enthusiasts) site have done that. Under the floor seems to be the preferred location.

Personally I would worry about boosted brakes being too easy to lock up, particularly the rears with no load in the bed. The stock brakes in good condition are not hard to apply.
