Have not used them...... however, I do know that they were tested against about 5 or 6 other manufacturers by Hot Rod Mag and they were surprised to discover that they were the only sparkplugs that they could recall that produced any improvement of any kind. I was surprised to read that because that category is always filled with unbelievable manufacturers' claims.
I can't recall if E3 showed gains in hp, tq or mileage but there was a measurable improvement.

Been using E3-10 plugs for a few years now.
They are stubby plugs with about a 1/16" shorter reach than standard H-10's but the protrusion into the chamber is virtually identical.
Main difference I noticed was easier starting.

Come on guys lets stayt away from "snake oil " theres no way that a plug change will do anything UNLESS your old plugs were dirty or the wrong plug for the application. I remember when i was a fleet mechanic my boss had me install some brand xx plugs in is truck and he liked them so well he ordered like a hundred sets or so for the fleet .
Problem was i didnt install them i his truck thye were still on my desk !!!!!!!
Oh well i wore the racing jacket he got and used the wall cabinent in the shop .......

I could write a spark plug story every week if you want to hear them ????

How about these Auburn plugs that were in a scrap 59ab engine? 3 electrodes must be better right? LOL.

Reminds me of the "Fire Injector" plugs from J C Whitney back in the 70's. Don't recall that they did much for my Pinto station wagon

When I installed a set of E-3's in my flathead, I was never expecting to see much, if any, improvements in performance.
The only thing noticeable was improved starting.
There may or may not have been other improvements but that would probably have to be determined by controlled testing.
There are those who have never used the product and may call it
"snake oil" but that's OK, it's just their uninformed opinion and should be taken as such.
There are a few independent tests done on Youtube to be looked at, and will allow one to make a little more informed decision as to whether or not the E-3's are worth the investment.

When I was in the engine lab at IH, we bought a lot of those gadgets. Never found one that actually worked better. Mostly the engine ran worse. And yes, I would call them "snake oil".

You probably have to use 18mm to 14mm adapters and then find the correct 14mm plug with the correct reach.

I looked online for a couple hours this morning for that spark plug comparison I mentioned in my 2nd post on this thread. I was not able to find it. I know what I read though because it didn't have E3's blessing and was impartial. I've been reading stuff on snake-oil long enough that I lumped what I saw in that test into the "entirely plausible" category rather than immediately dismissing it..... as is the normal conclusion of 99.95% of aftermarket stuff that is hyped.

I don't know about on completely factory engines, but with ignition stuff, the farther from stock and the more radical the equipment is, the farther down the
rabbit hole you need to go to extract performance..... usually at point on the graph well beyond what the original engineers intended from the engine.

My opinion if a upgraded part show vast improvement at minimal cost cars would leave the assemble line with said part.

Air Jordans at a gold plated price didn't help my game one iota. I still can't jump and I run in the same place too long.

I'm with Mike (35fordTN) I worked at an auto manufacturer and they go to any length to squeak every bit of fuel economy or lower emissions even by the tiniest bit. If some fancy spark plugs would perform a miracle improvement they would jump on them.

Depends upon which auto manufacturer. If it's Ford, they never saw an (economic) corner they didn't want to cut. Good enough is good enough in their book. GM can be nearly as "thrifty" on their process. I also worked for them.
For either one of them it needs to be pretty much necessary or an overwhelming improvement at best to pass muster.

I don't work for or sell E3 plugs but found this video below interesting. Does seem to show better economy, but then we're talking stationary engines..... so that'll be the next naysay.
