Default 12 volt 2 3 psi fuel pump

What is a good 12 volt elect fuel pump, 2 to 3 psi? And regulator if necessary.

Thanks,

jim

They are getting to be a bit old now but if you can find a carburettor model Subaru in a wrecker's yard, the fuel pump will be just what you want. I use one on each of my As. They are the right pressure, cheap and very reliable. No pressure regulator is needed so that's one less thing to go wrong.

Edelbrock makes a nice little 3.5 psi pump that doesn't need a regulator. Part #17303. About $80.

I just picked up and used a mr.gasket brand 3-5 psi electric 12v pump from my local autozone. It worked great on the amphicar I installed it on, though the pump is only being used to prime the mechanical pump after long storage periods. I can’t speak on its ability to feed a running driving engine.

Edit:

Ive got to correct myself. I went back and looked up the pump I got it was a 2.5-3 psi pump.

Mr.gasket 42S. Autozone part #: 42S
