Default Help with an O1A part number

I have the green bible, but I am pretty sure the body part #s are not in there.

What I was looking for is the O1A- part number for the interior oval head slotted self sheet metal screws like the #10 ones for the moldings.

Also, I think there a body version of the green bible, and where would you find one if they are reproduced. Thank you Fordbarners.

Most Ford fasteners did not use a chassis (ie 01A-) prefix unless a very specialized part. Many resale vendors do, but that is OUR choice to deviate from Ford practice.

Ford's format was typically:
xxxxxx-yy or xxxxxxx-yy.
The -yy specified the finish.
6 digits (xxxxxx) was used for "standard" nuts, bolts, screws that could be purchased from a hardware supply without additional specification.
7 digits (xxxxxxx) was used for fasteners with some kind of engineering specification.
Above information from a conversation with Roy Nacewicz.

For information on finish consult the various "Hardware and Trim" catalogs of Ford. For other more detailed information look for any posts or books by Dave Rehor (his 1932 restoration book has great general information in the second volume).
