Default Any reliable engine rebuilders anymore

I'm looking for a short or long block 292 y-block.
I have checked two sources for rebuilt engines. S& J in Spokan Wa. and H&H in La Crescenta(so cal.)I have read some bad reviews about them both and it's not very encouraging. My current 292 has a bad rod knock in the rear and it has a ton of miles on it. I could rebuild it but I was looking for one to drop in. Can anyone recommend a source of quality rebuilt y blocks? I'm near SF in California.
Thanks,
Wild Bill

Seek Tim McMasters on facebook. He is one of the countries top rebuilders and he is close to you.
