Re: Good Morning Nice Car conversation
Back in the 60s my dad and I bult a couple of Model Ts. I built a roadster and decided to put it in a parade. After the parade there was a BBQ on the fairgrounds put on by one of the organizers. We left the car and walked to the picnic grounds. My wife left her sunglasses in the car, so I went back to get them. Once I got back to the car there was a little kid (about 5 yrs old) sitting in the driver's seat eating an ice cream cone that was dripping on the seat. The father was standing by taking the kid's picture. I tried to be as polite as I could( it wasn't easy ) and told him to get his kid out of the car. The father said "well I was only taking his picture". I had to tell him that he did not have my permission to use my car as a photo prop and if he didn't get him out I would definitely get him out. So the idiot follows up with "well you don't have to be angry about it" and he gets the kid out and leaves. It's tough job to try and "fix stupid"!
