Was a rumble mandatory in a '29 Cabriolet?

I think only the sport coup greg.....that is the only one I have read of that came with a rrumble seat only.

A rumble seat was standard equipment on ALL Cabriolets.

I have never seen a Cabriolet with a trunk.... That does not mean you can not have one. Would be different and incorrect...i would say.

Interesting question. My understanding is rumble was standard on Cabriolet, Sport Coupe and, I think, DeLuxe Roadster. Probably a dealer would perform a trunk-to-rumble conversion or vice-versa if a customer wanted. But I believe rumbles were factory installed on some coupes and roadsters that had trunks as standard. Presumably those were dealer ordered. So could a car on which a rumble was standard be ordered with a trunk?
