A rumble seat was standard equipment on ALL Cabriolets.

I have never seen a Cabriolet with a trunk.... That does not mean you can not have one. Would be different and incorrect...i would say.

Interesting question. My understanding is rumble was standard on Cabriolet, Sport Coupe and, I think, DeLuxe Roadster. Probably a dealer would perform a trunk-to-rumble conversion or vice-versa if a customer wanted. But I believe rumbles were factory installed on some coupes and roadsters that had trunks as standard. Presumably those were dealer ordered. So could a car on which a rumble was standard be ordered with a trunk?

That sure would bother me if I bought one new and could not just get a trunk...I have a 1931 Dlx. Roadster and am thinking of changing it to a standard trunk...I never carry anyone in the rumble seat other than parades...and on my Std Roadster I would be lost without a trunk....it carries everything...love it.
