Default Did I Start My Son Too Young ?

I Think That I Started My Son Too Young !

The first image is of him, "drag racing" my '34 Phaeton, at about age six.
The second image is of him, actually drag racing his 1966 Mustang at age forty-three. (He is serious about this, as he has run in the 9s in the 1/4 mile, with a small block Ford.)
The videos are of him, "playing" with his Mustang in what he calls, "Horse Power Therapy 1, 2 & 3".

I don't think so Mike, we need to get these youngin's interested in these old Ford V8's somehow.
My grandchildren in one of mine and I was very happy when my son asked to use the fordor sedan in his wedding.

Horsepower therapy should include using that seat belt and staying away from traffic.

Mike, thanks for starting this thread! If you will allow a newbie to this forum to hop on a soap box for a minute, I'd just like to say that it's NEVER too early to get involved with your kids' or even grandkids' lives. I've got 3 awesome grandsons and 2 precious granddaughters who are headed in the right direction, thanks to their parents being involved in every aspect of their lives. And grandpa, that's me, has threatened to put a boot up their butts if that ever changes.

To all you dads and granddads, keep them in your hearts and on your minds all the time. Lord knows, this screwed up world needs it.

Thanks for listening!

Ken
