Ford Special Speedometer mounting bracket
I'm trying to piece together all the parts to install a Ford Special Speedometer in my 1915 Touring. The one part that I am having trouble locating is the drive mounting bracket. Lang's sells a repro, part number 6227X, but according to them they are out of stock, and it seems the fellow who supplied them with this part recently passed away.
A picture of the repro is attached. Does anyone have a spare one of these mounting brackets- repro or original Ford Part- that they'd be willing to part with? P.S. Does anyone know how and where this bracket mounts to the car? Thanks Will |

Re: Ford Special Speedometer mounting bracket
It mounts on the tie rod arm with two holes in it. I'm looking for the sending unit that fits in it for mine?
