Yes they are the fellow who owned this truck rolled the truck in 53 and has sat since. He was a mobile welder, we are the second owners of this truck.

Early August the tear down begins. My hardscape crew and I start the process. Till end of the month and shannon is introduced to her new truck as part of her anniversary gift.

The top of the roof actually crushed top of the doors and couldn't even open doors, thus all of the interior chrome pcs were still intact

Top of the doors were rough also. Lots of work but this is a special gift for my wife. Got back corners squared up again ready for top from a donor 40 cab that had an excellent roof.

With the top off the wrinkled roof the new donor top is set in place.

Its roughly September now and working on the top and doors top from donor cab. The donor cab had great top but bottom was in worse shape than mine.

Now on to the floor repair, we called classic trucks in michigan and they sent us the new floor and lower cowl pieces. got tired of working on floor on ground so leveled up the mock 2x6 frame I built this made life easy and a bit kinder on the lower back now that I could sit on a crate and nt bent over.
