1932 Ford Tudor Project
City:
Edmonton
State:
Alberta
Price:
$12750
I'm working toward my dream of a '34 3W so have up for sale my 1932 Ford Tudor project. Bought out of Georgia, the body is heavily chopped (about 5.5") and channeled over the original '32 frame. Front end is traditional with an undropped '32 heavy beam, '40-'48 front brakes and split '32 bones. Fitted some time in the 70's or 80's with a 351C/auto with some go fast goodies thrown in, it is currently non-running as there is no fuel tank. The car then was fitted with an 8" Ford rearend (with stock drum brakes) and a chrome rear parallel 4 bar w/coilovers and a zinc plated panhard bar setup. It definitely has an identity crisis! Other 70's/80's touches include a wooden dash, Mustang shifter and some factory tilt column with a Grant or Formula 500 3 spoke wheel installed.
Needs everything to complete as there is no floor installed, crappy fabrication on the chassis and possibly some significant filler under the 70's two-tone cream/brown paint. There is also some typical lower rot that will need addressing and the chop appears to need some work as well. I bought it because I feel it is a great, affordable start to owning a real, Henry '32. There are no fenders, running boards or grille but does include a radiator and supports. I also have an original floor that is useable to unchannel the car and will include it as well. The rare 15x7.5 and less rare 14x7 ETIII wheels on the car are not included for this price but are available if the buyer wants for an additional $650 - car comes with 14" chrome/gold wheels (see pic). You might try posting this on the HAMB also which is a more receptive chop top channeled Hot Rod site.
