Default 1940 Ford Engine splash pans?

Here are two splash pans, marked 1940 ford, are they correct? Are the 85 H.P and the 90 H.P the same, Does anyone know if these are correct?
Thanks BILL

Bill,
The 85 and 90 pans in 1940 were identical. Still, I have no clue what the pans in your photo are for. While the pan with the "bend" in it ( the longer pan) may fit a '40, it is NOT correct. Nor is correct for '39.

Here's two photos to make it easy for ya. These are both the 85/90 pans as well as the 60 pans.
Note the small "cut out" on the right 85/90 pan... that's '40 only. 1939 pans did not have that cut out.
