A big problem is that people are using some of the blinding bulbs that they are not supposed to.The cops are pretty strict about them around here.They are riding herd on inspection stations about using their aimers.At my friends station,depending on the car owners,they usually have the owners turn the lights on before they even start the inspection.A half dozen times a week they tell the owner to go change the headlight bulbs and come back.If they have the purple blinders he tells them to not even bother coming back.He knows that once they get their stickers they will put the bulbs back in.He doesn't want a cop looking at the sticker,then coming to pay him a visit.
