Default Holley ignition coil ID

I have a new old stock Holley ignition coil in a sealed factory carton.
It has Ford 6 volt written on container.
Can any one verify 86D 38750 coil fits Ford?
Thanks for any help
Roy

Yes , I saw the ebay listing. I wouldn't question it except it is marked on box for
Ford. looking for someone with a catalog to verify it.
thanks for your replies.

I looked in an old Echlin catalog and 86D 38750 crosses to Echlin
IC8 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury 1949-55.

Thanks Bob , that's what I was looking for. I have a Neihoff catalog from that era , but it doesn't have a Holley cross over.
I suspect it would work on most 6 volt cars, Neihoff list's two universal
coils that cover most all cars.
I'll post it up in the for sale section. it might have as much value for the packaging as the part.
